Red Prologue
「爺爺，為何我們要殺人呢？」
「怎麼囉？愛麗斯。」
暮秋時節，在一個寧靜的午後，一名少女正用純真的表情，向面容和藹的老爺爺提出疑問。縱然女孩提的問聽起來有點異常，不太像是祖孫間尋常的談話，但若光以視覺上來評斷的話，任誰都會以為是孫女正在向爺爺撒嬌吧？
「沒、沒有啦，我只是．．．」
名為愛麗斯．希羅伊的女孩露出不知所措的表情，似乎一時間想不到適合的語句來表達心中的想法。
